Yes, this program is exclusive to Cityfone customers and you will need to transfer your phone number from Cityfone to be eligible.

We do not charge any activation fees to new or existing Rogers customers.
We will also credit the Setup Service Fee (SSF) for new Rogers customers with a $10/month credit for 7 months, thanks to the Cityfone and Rogers partnership.
If you are an existing Rogers customer, a one-time Rogers Preferred Program Enrollment Fee of $70 may apply.
