  • If you placed your order through the site, you don’t need to call us to finalize your order and all updates will come through email. However, if we have any questions, we will reach out to you.

  • We will activate your new plan and ship you a new SIM card within 5 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Yes - you will receive a new service agreement outlining the details of your new plan directly from Rogers.

  • Yes - we will transfer your existing phone number onto your new plan. No action is needed from you for this process.

  • Red Wireless is a Rogers Authorized Dealer, specialized in the Rogers Preferred Program. We provide exclusive cell phone plans and offers to members of organisations across Canada.

  • Yes, this program is exclusive to Cityfone customers and you will need to transfer your phone number from Cityfone to be eligible.

  • Absolutely, we partnered with Cityfone to offer you this program.
