Due to an ongoing Canada Post labour disruption, your order may be delayed.
To minimize inconvenience, we are offering the option to ship your order through an alternative carrier at no extra cost. Additionally, you may be eligible for a credit to your account to cover your related monthly plan fees from the time of activation, as your initial package did not arrive on time.

You can request a new shipment by filling out the form above. Once submitted, we will process your request and ship your order as quickly as possible through the alternative carrier. There is no additional shipping cost.

If your order cannot be fulfilled due to the labour disruption and you request for a new shipment to be sent, we may issue a refund for your related monthly plan fees from the time of activation, once we receive your request. The credit will apply within 2-3 billing cycles. Eligibility varies.

We will exchange your active device for a new one and ship it to you. You will receive a new tracking number and you can expect the delivery to take 2 -3 business days to arrive. Please note, that once the Canada Labour dispute comes to an end, if the original device arrives, please refuse the package to avoid being billed for both devices.
