How Customers Can Verify Their LifeWorks Identity for Their Order

Verification ID - given at the end of form submission, also emailed to the customer when they submit.

If they do not verify within 30 minutes, they get a reminder SMS with these instructions

Steps

1. Visit the LifeWorks Page and login using your LifeWorks ID

2. Click the "Get Deal" Button

3. Click "Copy Code and Visit Site

4. Select "Verify Order" and input the verification ID
