Please upload proof of your employment with McDonald’s Canada.

Examples of acceptable proof of employment include a photo of your McDonald’s Platinum Card, pay stub or letter of employment.

The provision of a McDonald’s corporate e-mail address is also proof of employment.

If you have been requested by Red Wireless to upload more than one proof of employment, please submit this form twice.
