  • CARP membership, Zoomer Magazine subscription and CARP Chapter donation are provided for as long as customers have an active cell phone plan with RPP Rogers powered by Zoomer. Annual membership and subscription will start up to 60 days after activation. Customers who currently have a CARP membership at the time of activation will receive a new annual membership and subscription at renewal. Membership will be renewed every year for as long as customers have a Rogers powered by Zoomer cell phone plan.

  • We do not charge any activation fees to new or existing Rogers customers.
